We were asked to develop an OOH campaign featuring a brand partnership. Our challenge was to find a way to creatively advertise a product that already held a strong reputation for being durable and reliable.
Every single thing you cook adds to the seasoning of your Lodge, making your food empirically better within the pan. This truth was the backbone of our overall message, "It's all a part of the pan." We focused on the continual growth of seasoning on Lodge pans, and the skills of chefs as they use them over time.
We also decided to partner with the NFL Preseason. Greatness has to start somewhere, and the name worked exceptionally well because Lodge is the only company that sells pre-seasoned cast iron pans.
